What a beautiful hike in the Los Coyotes Band of Indians Camp ground. Paid our $10 each of us to Willi. After paying drive up Sukat rd a few miles as it turns to a very well maintained dirt road to the parking area under a huge acorn tree. There are bathrooms available in the parking lot. The first few miles up the trail are killer on the quads. About mid way up was intermittent snow and mud that’s very passable. The trail is beautiful with pine and oak in abundance with stunning views to the west. When you reach the summit you can find the hidden trail to summit the top, climb the ladder and grab the ropes cause your not going to want to miss the stunning panoramic views. After we made the summit and took our pic at the top we made our way back to the old wooden fire tower. As we explored the area we were greeted by a glider plane crossing above us and we exchanged a wave to each other. Amazing day with my wife and a wonderful group of friends. Don’t not take and rocks or foliage out of respect for those who let us into their land and share the stunning views and natural landscape. Also pack your trash out as well! Thanks
