This was my 2nd time hiking Humphreys Peak and I loved it! There was definitely a lot more hikers this time around versus when I hiked this mountain back in 2015. Believe it or not, I was disappointed that there was no snow at the top. I could see snow on the neighboring peaks, but I did not have to worry about trekking through snow, mud, and ice as I made my way passed the Saddle. The weather was perfect until we were greeted by a thunderhead as we began making our way back down. We enjoyed a light shower, but the beautiful trees acted as natural umbrellas. All in all, I love Humphreys Peak and I would do it again in a heartbeat much sooner than later.
