I forgot the strawberries!

Day hike

Trail Conditions:

Trail in good condition

ROAD:

Road suitable for all vehicles

Bugs:

Bugs were an annoyance

Snow:

Snow free

I recommend starting early. I started at 6:20 and it was already hot. We saw some sort of snake (not a rattler) that was white, black and red and he scurried after the trail after he heard me scream. Bella (the dog) don’t even react. LOL

The bugs were fairly annoying but I used the eucalyptus non-deet and it did pretty well.
The cactus and wildflowers are pretty.

We only saw 6 other people on there trail so it was nice not to have to share the trail in the. Wry narrow spot with drop-offs. The rain was unkind to the trail so some of the trail could be a little sketch if you’re not paying attention. All in all a great hike!
