I would describe this hike as a juvenile bear going up. Fun, climbing up lots of rocks and beautiful views. Then the way back down is like a tired mama bear. A lot of deep downward climbing and tiring. Overall I really enjoyed it. The diamond markers were really helpful on various parts of the trail. The weather was very nice in the morning and got hot on the way back down.

We got to meet a fellow 6 Peak hiker and chatted about our hikes. I also have the best hiking partner!
