Initially I thought my hiking buddy and I were hiking San Jacinto today. I take Diamox for any hike with elevation greater than 10,000 feet which works well for me in prevention altitude sickness. The plans changed and we decided to hike Sitton Peak as a plan B. It was out first time there and I loved it. We had perfect weather with temps eventually in the low 70s, some cloud coverage and shade. We saw very few other people on the trail. I was nicely surprised by this hike and intend to hike it again.
