I was so excited to be able to go up the the top of San Jacinto in February without out it being a major mountaineering undertaking. There was some snow but it was manageable even in just a pair of non-waterproof trail runners. But once I got to the actual peak the wind kicked up and the temps dropped. I did my best to snap a photo with the summit sign but I look more annoyed than anything. Lesson learned, I should stick to landscape photography.
