I'm doing the peak challenge with my friend. We're both very-recently-retired military officers who served together, and are now spending our retirement getting after all the outdoor activities we love. Today was peak #1. It was beeeeeautiful up there! There was only one other hiking pair on the trial today (a Thursday), so it really felt like we had the mountains all to ourselves. Feeling very motivated to complete this challenge this year!
