Keep following the dots. We found ourselves off trail a couple of times, but knowing we had to follow the dots, easily got back on track.

Started at 7:15am and had some shade on the ascent. But by the time we summited,  time to reapply sunscreen and face the sun on the descent.

Water…water…water. We witnessed several without enuf water. Take the elevation gain seriously even if the mileage is low.

Such a contrast to see the greenery against the red rocks. Such beautiful views. I was surprised how easy it was to walk on the slanted rock and not slip … though I'd still take it careful.
