Beautiful wild flowers in bloom. There are a few fallen trees closer to the peak. Loose rocks, not an issue on the way up, but be careful on the way down. The trail is not highly shaded, but the temperature was cool and there were plenty of clouds. The steady incline is deceptive in that it doesn’t seem too strenuous but your body will feel it afterwards. The steady decline on the way back down calls for socks that are padded well to avoid pain on the tips of your toes. A rewarding hike with plenty of pretty spots to have a snack or lunch and take in the views.
