Best hike ever???  It is in the running.

Waterfalls, three peaks, ridge trail and a senior in college wearing a Pace University cap.  Did I graduate before she was born?

The beer:  Our Humble Porter from White Birch Brewing because this hike humbled me.  Much tougher than I expected.

Stayed at the Famous Indian Head Resort.  It had to be experienced to be explained.
