This was another tough one. First two miles are up, up, up. Then it’s a slight grade to the top. It was really windy and super cold at the peak. We laughed together realizing that we’ve never eaten lunch so fast at a peak.
As hard as the ascent was, the descent was equally as hard due to very loose gravel and small rocks creating a very slippery descent. I slipped a fell twice, once tweaking my right so badly I had it x-rayed today. Thankfully just badly sprained and not broken.
All in all, we are very proud of ourselves getting this challenge done, but the least 3 will be one and done.
