After a weekend of decadent indulgences I felt like the only way to atone for my gluttony was by hitting the trail, and I did it late in the day. When I arrived there was ample parking. I started my trek at 345pm fully aware that time was not my friend. At a 2 mile per hr pace I managed to get to the summit at 6pm. I rested up there for 30 minutes before quickly making my way back down. It began to get eerily dark by 8pm, which is when I returned to my car. This was undoubtedly the easiest of the 6 so far, even with all of the switch backs.
