Ok. So firstly, we couldn't find the damn trailhead. We ended up at the road to drive up to the lookout LOL We did finally get to the trailhead and powered our way to the top, but it wasn't pretty. About mile 2, we both realized we were hustling just to get thru it – it was just kinda dull. The mile markers were great and accurate, but then you hit mile 3 and let out a bug WTF, realizing you still have about 0.75 mile to go to the top. The last half mile was just stupid IMO, walking on the road, to the top which is nothing but towers. The one lookout tower everyone before said to go up, was locked with a big ‘KEEP OUT' sign. Trails were well kept, although all the greenery has been LOVING all this rain, as those were a big overgrown into the paths. Not one we will be returning to, but we're halfway through the challenge!
