We started at 8:30 am from COE Headquarter, with a group of 11 and only 5 of us finished at 4:00 pm with the full hike. Due to extreme heat that day, 2-3 folks had to revert in between the hike as not feeling good, possible heat-stroke and tough hike route itself (1500 – loss then gain then loss and then gain), almost total 4000+ Elevation Gain during out Out and Back Loop.
Pro-Tip, maybe do the whole loop would be better, and prepare with at least 4L of water + Electrolytes, enough snacks and ensure you have done 15+ Miles hike with also elevation gain training before attempting Sizer (of all the 6, I think Diabl0 & Sizer are 2 toughest). PREPARE WELL before you attempt.
