I made it to the trailhead around 7AM, and had the trail to myself until I'd completed 3/4 of the hike. Final mile requires use of hands a bit, and trekking poles certainly help, but by keeping my center of gravity low, the scrambling wasn't too difficult for me.
Trail was easy to follow and lovely, and the parking situation was wonderful (Wednesday morning).
