Bugs were not too bad

Snow free

It was hot, dry and dusty. As this was one for the shorter hikes, we bought our dog along for the day. Her favorite part was getting back to the car and sleeping the ride home. Going on the Thursday the trail was very quiet, we only crossed paths with a handful of other hikers. There was a nice view from the top but not much to speak of on the trail itself. Overall I found it easier than many of the others I have completed.
