There were a lot of people when we hiked cucamonga peak but everyone is courteous to each other. Not everyone is wearing masks but that did not bother me. There are patches of snow towards the summit but easy to walk through. I lost my garmin inReach during this hike and I posted a note at the trailhead and all over social media. Many people sent me a message that they will keep an eye out but no one has found it (but I am very thankful for their effort). I was able to track my inReach for a few days but the battery drained out. I was planning to hike it again to search for it but the SUPER HIKING TWINS found it! Thanks to their parents and the twins eagle eyes I am reunited with my inReach. I am forever grateful to their family, such a great role model not only to their children but to my husband and I as well. I was overwhelmed with the support I got from the hiking community it is true that there are still wonderful people out there who is willing to help a stranger in need.
