Marion Mountain to San Jacinto is my favorite peak of the 11 I’ve completed so far (Gorgonio will be #12). This trail is beautiful! We were expecting it to be hot but the trees provided lots of shade and the lovely meandering creek added multiple points to cool off or refill water (with filters). Gorgeous scenery and so peaceful and enjoyable! We didn’t run into very many people until our trail merged with the trail of hikers that took the tram up. Busy at the peak, but there are places to spread out and stop for lunch or to rest. We will definitely be back to hike here again!
