The best hike of the peaks. Fairly short – just over 8 miles. The hike was between 59 to 63 degrees for the entire trip – well a little warmer back at the car. Met someone who called this hike “his morning stroll” – he has hiked Mount Whitney 6 times and was contemplating doing it again the following week. Loved the scenery and had an interesting ride home through mountains – even stopped at the top of Mount Wilson and got an ice cream sundae.
