Started from the PCT off of Hwy 2. Logged about 8.9 miles, +2808ft. Great trail! All switchbacks but in a nice forest and views of the desert (north) on the way up. Once you get to the top – epic views of Mt. Baldy. We had a nice cloud inversion. Cold and windy at the top today! On the way down, the clouds and fog started to roll in towards us and by the bottom we were enveloped in clouds again. A great day. Overall nice workout and not too hard compared to some of the others.
