We hiked a loop of Juniper to Summit to Eagle Peak. The views were absolutely remarkable. Along the trails to the summit, there were many trees with their leaves/needles covered with ice. Under the spring sunshine, icicles were dripping and falling, felt like hiking in a winter fairyland. The 3,849 feet Summit is surrounded by green rolling hills and flat valleys, San Francisco was clearly visible. Getting off the Summit and into Bald Ridge (heading to Eagle Peak), some poppies and wildflowers started showing in this early beautiful spring.
