Nice winter hike with great views of the Napa Valley. Encountered some pretty strong wind gusts and major wind gusts at the summit, so much so that my hiking partner and I didn't stay at the summit very long. We had hoped to crack open a celebratory beverage at the peak but decided to head back down the mountain and find some wind relief for a short snack/beverage.
About 1/2 way into the hike, there is a cool rock climbing area where numerous climbers were practicing their skills.
All in all, a nice hike with gradual elevation climb makes this a fairly moderate hike.
