Such a surprisingly beautiful hike. This hike appeared to be unappealing to me being it is down in the Morgan hill area off of 101. From 101 I did not really expect much but this park / hike really blew my mind. A very long and challenging at times hike.
I hiked this one solo. Intended to make a day of it and not try to break any records. lol
The wild pigs sure did scare the hell out of me when going down from blue ridge through the burn area.
I would like to do this hike again, maybe I’m the early spring and or make it a overnight hike and camp up on the blue ridge.
