This was a wonderful yet strenuous hike to say the least. We started tracking our hike at the parking lot at Coe HQ so our round trip mileage was 16.0 miles! We encountered lots of poison oak and thankfully none of us were reactive to it because a caravan of off roaders forced us into some as we got out of the road so they could pass shortly after we got back on Blue Ridge Trail after taking pics at Mt. Sizer. We also opted to skip taking Jackass Trail because we encountered several ticks on Frog Lake Trail. We endured cramps, several instances of nerve pain, plus 5 hours of rain, which started shortly after we left the peak. Great hike overall because we had fun along the way! ????Total time: 8hrs 12min. Total moving time: 7hrs 9mins. St Helena you are next on our hit list!
