We (20 women) started the hike at 4:30 am and it took us 11 hours to complete with all the breaks and lunch time. We had extreme weather conditions, nature really tested us. We had wind, rain, hail, fog, mist and about 5 mins of sunshine. I got bitten by a tick in the end. The trail was SO BEAUTIFUL, green and lush with moss and ferns. I LOVED THIS TRAIL.
