Easy hike to Orchard Camp and then it steepens for most of the way up. Nice rest spot at Manzanita Ridge (about 6 miles up) with a bench and nice views. From there about 2 miles to the peak, with the last mile or so on roads (could not find the AllTrail suggested path after reaching the road). Cosmic Cafe was open. Had lunch and walked to the Observatory for a quick tour. Hitched a ride down as it was getting dark.
