The weather was perfect. Not windy at all, high was only about 75. I wore shorts and a tank and it was perfect. Clear blue skies with few clouds. I only saw a total of 10 other people the whole time I was on the trail and I had the summit all to myself. Those switchbacks felt never-ending and they kicked my butt, but it was beautiful scenery the whole way.
