We started out to Hike Ontario Peak, however I Icehouse canyon trail head and all the trails leading up there we’re closed for major repairs the trail head and trails will be open on July 23. Therefore we decided to go to Mount Baden Powell. It was a great alternative and beautiful day. It is a tough hike and a lot of switchbacks but because it is a short hike it’s very worthwhile. We went on Friday and there was minimal traffic which was great.
