Omg. The beginning was good. The views were great. The day was windy as hell. The hut was cute the outhouse was stinky. Then the incline OMG. Hikers looked like little ants. Â So many people that day going up and coming down. The path was rocky and slippery. Thank God for hiking poles. Â It was hot and exposed so the wind felt good. Summit pics and then the devils backbone. I had no idea it went forever. Just when I thought I passed it there was more and more and more. It seemed like that backbone was never going to end. Had a fat burger and fries at the hut to celebrate!
