Started around 4:40 to beat the heat with my dog. Was a little scary hiking in the dark but also a fun experience. I was dying going up and dying coming down, definitely one of the hardest hikes I've done. Might lose a toe nail thanks to this hike lol. My dog handled it like a champ but I'm glad I started early cause it was warm by the time we were done around 11:30/12. Took about 7 hours.
