This trail is tough! Lots of rock steps on the main trail up. We took the fire road back down and it seemed to go on and on and on. The views at the top were amazing and the wildflowers were amazing. Took about 7 hours, 14.1 miles, 3971′ of climbing. It was a really hot weekend so we started at dawn and still drank a ton of water. Luckily there is water at the top!
