We had originally planned to go to Antimony Peak but could not travel the road with my Jetta. My GF had not been to Mt. Pinos and Sawmill Mountain so we came here instead. We grabbed some geocaches along the way as we reached Mount Pinos Peak. Taking some pictures she was glad to know she had reached the highest point in Kern County. We continued on to Sawmill Mountain and stayed for lunch. The summit register was missing but as we sat there 3 ladies came up with a replacement.
