- Very good trail maintenance. First 2 miles fairly easy, next 2 miles climb starts, last 2 miles more rocks to climb. Last .2mile all boulders to climb to the summit. Weather was perfect in the 60s. It was very beautiful. Others in our group were affected by the altitude. I carb loaded the night before with pasta and fruit and took salt tabs when I started and I was ok. Tram ride is a treat.
