Great and highly recommended hike! I would rate this as hard, not moderate. It is somewhere around 17-18 miles. The first part was crazy gorgeous. Love the ladder you have to climb. The amphitheater we crossed paths with is awe striking. Views of SF from this and the air force area – Wow. There was one part of the trail that was difficult to find and very steep. At the top was magical. Its a very long hike… we're pretty experienced hikers and it took us 7 hours. Go for it!
