We picked the most epic day ever to do this hike! It was sunny and clear, mid 70’s, slight breeze. We could see the Oakland skyline, Mt.diablo, the Farralon islands, and everything in every direction from the summit! This hike is immense with amenities! Every 2-3 miles there is a bathroom, water, and it made it a lovely experience! You come out feet from a place to grab food and a beer and then hike back to your car is about 5 minutes. This is the best view, prettiest-and most enjoyable of all the hikes! Tons of creeks and water so earlier in the season would make this even more epic!
