Bagged another peak in SoCal today (Peak #2). The top is only at 5713 ft, but the 14 mile roundtrip climb with 4800 ft elevation gain is definitely a demanding one. It was a hot day and me and my friend ran out of water before making it to the top. Fortunately we could purchase Gatorade and fill our water bottles at Cosmic Cafe on top. The only problem was that the cafe opens at 10 am and might not work for early birds who summit a lot earlier in the day.
