The hike was challenging about 3 mile to the summit. It was just straight up. I brought deep woods off again, and that kept the bugs off. I even shared it with other hikes on the trail.
The water fall was fine. I’ve done this hike before, so I knew what to expect. Not many people on the trail, which was nice.
I only fell once on the way down. Lots of leave, and loose dirt.
Most of the hike was covered with trees. We stopped for lunch at the summit. It took us about 8 hours to complete.
Overall it’s a good beginning to steeper Mountains, and longer trails.
