First time doing this hike. Weather was great overall. Clear skies after the morning overcast passed. The trail was harder than I expected. Pretty much incline all the way to the top. Great spots to take pictures of surrounding areas. I got a late start. There were several groups waiting to take pictures on the Potato Chip Rock itself. I recommend going earlier and probably on a weekday. Just an fyi, there is a $10 fee on the weekend to get into Lake Poway for non-Poway residents.
