This is my favorite hike in so cal. A beautiful drive out to the trailhead. Bathrooms at trailhead. Trail is a steady switchback climb all the way up with beautiful views. A super clean trail, well maintained and lots of shade (if you start early enough). The 360 views from the top make this hike a 20/10. Lots of space at the top to find a lunch spot and not crowd anyone else. It is a popular hike so you will definitely see people but never too crowded. Love running into PCT through hikers. I always meet the friendliest people on this trail. Just a great vibe from beginning to end. Met the cutest family hiking with their little boy. Love seeing great parents out there teaching their kids how to handle the hard climbs.
