I was excited but at the same time nervous for this hike. I knew 4,000+ elevation gain in 5.3 miles were going to be tough. I did not expect those “stairs”, it was a challenge, at the same time I was amazed by how strong my legs have gotten. This is the first time a trail takes a toll on my knees. I will be back,see you soon.
