Started off my New Year with a great hike on one of my favorite trails. Mt. Wilson is always a challenge but for some reason today I was able to set my personal best time on the trail. The weather was wonderful but there is a rockslide that happened up on the old toll road around mile 6. This closed the trail for a while but it's passable with a slightly awkward walk around. All in all I really enjoyed getting in the 1st Peak on my 2nd year of doing the 6 Pack of Peaks Challenge.
