This mountain had it all. Charmin Blossoms, shitty trail runners that don't understand trail etiquette and don't yield to uphill hikers, and even more douche bag trail runners that stand at the peak screaming and yelling like they are the only people on the planet, and you guessed it, another ass face trail runner who unapologetically cut a switchback as I was trying place medium sized branches along the edge of the trail to show that the erosion being caused(by losers who cut switchbacks) is not part of the trail. He literally jumped over the branch as I was placing it. To be fair, I love trail runners when they understand trail etiquette and practice LNT. Unfortunately that was not the case that day. Other than the shitty people, it was great to be in an alpine environment for the afternoon. We dont het alot of that here in Southern California.
