Hiked with two friends. I was really happy with the weather, it was sunny, partly cloudy, with cool breezes that were sometimes freezing. At the summit we were rewarded with views of the high desert and the Inland Empire. I was better prepared compared to my last hike at Mt. Wilson. This time I had my Oboz boots, trekking poles, and salt sticks (as I am prone to cramping). I did not experience any soreness at the end of the day or in the following days. Though it was a little bit busy on this day, we interacted with a few groups of hikers that all had good vibes 🙂 The next peak on the list, Mt. Baldy, was across the way to the north, it had snow and was attracting ominous clouds. What a fun day!

Happy Trails!
