This is the perfect time of year for this hike. The weather was cool and sunny, but best of all no bugs or rattlesnakes. The summer can have numerous bugs and snakes. We arrived at 8 am and the parking lot was full. I am assuming it was due to the other mountains having snow since when I’ve been here during the summer typically plenty of spots.
Great hike to take up a morning.
