It was a beautiful day for a hike! The parking lot was empty when we arrived and so was the trail! While we were hiking we saw one trail runner on the way up and that was it. We had the entire summit to ourselves, stayed up there for about 45 minutes and then headed back down. On our way down we saw one person hiking up and never saw another soul on the trail. The trail was in good shape and fairly mild for the most part, until the last .34 miles… then it was quite a scramble to get to the top. Totally worth the gorgeous views!
