It was a warm morning. Got to the summit just after sunrise. No bugs, lots of santa ana winds though. The Fry-Kogel trail back to the car is always well kept. No one ever talks about getting on the potato chip rock. Had to shimmy my way up since I was too big of a scaredy cat to do the hop.
