This was a GREAT hike! Our clan started at 12:33 pm and ended at 5:33 pm. Our pace was steady but not fast as we had a little guy with us. It was slightly overcast which was great as the first 2 miles are a pretty gradual uphill that made me sweat! The nature views on this hike were beautiful too! Lots of blue birds, squirrels, moss covered trees, wild flowers, and a wonderfully laid out trail to follow. The tribal staff were friendly and helpful but make sure you pay as they have a policeman come and check the license plates of the vehicles in the parking lot.
