Wow!! Where do I start, when we started our hike the weather was perfect at 6am but at 9am the sun was brutal.  We chose to go to the peak via Colby canyon route, thought the Redbox trail was closed. It’s easy to say that scaling the rocks wasn’t easy plus we didn’t know where we needed to go so it was more difficult. It was very dangerous, moving rocks along the way, didn’t have a choice to go back, so we had to keep trying to find the way up. At one point I felt, what if I am unable to make it back home, almost gave up and was ready to call the mountain rescuers 😧! But somehow we finally made it to the peak and found out that the Redbox trail was open🤦‍♀️. Definitely our way back down we took Redbox!
