Lucky us! We had the most perfect weather. When we plan this trip, we thought we would be frozen at night time due to the season. This was my third time to be this peak. Hiking along the trail brought back many memories. The first time was with my daughter doing it the long way it was snow on the trail. The second time was grandchildren. Going to round valley to Camp overnight and then bagging peak on day 3. This trip was introducing two newbies to Backpacking. While they did not make it to the summit, they didn’t enjoy the adventure of the views along the way
