Started the trail shortly after 9 in the morning. The first mile and a half were pretty chill. The elevation gain was moderate but nothing crazy. Once we hit the waterfall section it got pretty wild. Everything was almost straight 90 degree rock scrambling for the last mile. I’ve done hikes similar to this but I was actually shaking in my boots at some parts. The views at the peak were incredible. Will I do this hike again? Probably not. But I’m glad I experienced it. My quads were really sore from all the stepping up.
We ended up finishing the hike around 4 o’clock.
